What to do in case of a automobile accident !!

Remain at the scene and do not admit fault.
Call the police to report the accident.
Do not discuss the details of the accident with anyone except the police and your claims representative.
Report the accident immediately to your insurance carrier.

Ask the other party for the following information:

Name, address, driver’s license number and phone numbers for other drivers and witnesses
Year, make, model and license plate number of all vehicles.
Name of insurance company or agent for other drivers.
